City Park

The next stop in the city of Pueblo was their city park and with the assistance of some google map navigation we got to the park around 7pm.

The park has one of the best carousels of the trip. Built in 1911 with horses that are rumoured to be even early than that it was great to see it in such amazing condition.

But we weren't there for the carousel. They have a small kiddy coaster in the back corner of the rides area so buying the required number of tickets we headed over to join the little kids for who the ride was designed.

This coaster looked rubbish but was actually a lot of fun and it was in amazing condition.

We didn't mind that we seemed to be sent around for 10 laps either.

Elsewhere they had a wonderful selection of older rides all in top notch condition. There's clearly a passion for the rides within the engineer crew here. Good stuff.

I finished our visit with some more carousel photos finally realising the correct camera settings to get half-decent pictures.

Now for coaster of the day I am going to choose the kiddy coaster at this park....jokes, I'm choosing The New Mexico Rattler back at Cliff's Amusement Park.
